Run Hill age-restricted housing will be a multi-family complex comprised of three buildings. Each building will have thirty-two one and two bedroom units and will be four stories. Free-standing garages with storage areas will be located nearby. Cahoon & Kasten will also be designing a clubhouse with a large common room, nursing station, interior courtyard and swimming pool. Emergency call systems will be an additional feature of this development.
