As sister project to Slash Creek Condominiums, this multi-family housing project will consist of thirty-six condominium units in four buildings. Each unit will be approximately 1,250 square feet and will have two bedrooms and two and a half baths. An existing boathouse will undergo extensive renovation and be incorporated into a clubhouse/pool complex.
