South Beach Plaza Commercial Condominiums               Nags Head, North Carolina

This project will consist of seven commercial condominium buildings for a total of 16,500 square feet. Cahoon & Kasten will provide drawings for the shell buildings as well as the fit-outs for the various tenant/owners who will be occupying these spaces. Some of the businesses who are planning on relocating in this complex will be the Island Land Company office, a restaurant and a doctor's office.
