Village Realty Office                                                    Nags Head, North Carolina

This 7,000 square foot office was completed in the spring of 1999 and was designed in the traditional Nags Head style, with cedar shake siding and roof. The building provides spacious accommodations for the rental vacation specialists, and sales and property management departments, plus a large conference area.  In 2006, a separate maintenance building is being designed to handle the space requirements for this prospering operation.
