Southern Shores Landing is a housing project developed by Vision Homes of Virginia. Cahoon & Kasten originally designed two house plans, one with 1,300 square feet and the other with 1,600 square feet. A total of 29 houses were built and a third design with 1,800 square feet was developed and further modifications to the existing plans were made to accommodate individual homeowners.
